I grew up in MidCoast Maine in a house my parents built on Megunticook Lake. I spent summers there fishing with my sister and winters playing pond hockey and exploring the woods around our house. This idyllic setting began a love for the beauty and peacefulness of Maine and instilled in me an appreciation for the joys that the right home and setting can bring to one’s life.
After graduating from Claremont McKenna College, I studied architecture at Columbia University and then received a master’s degree from the Yale School of the Environment.
After graduate school, I jumped at the opportunity to move back to Maine to manage my family’s American-made textiles business. During that time, I developed a passion for real estate investing and development, buying and managing single and multi-family properties in the Portland area, and completing a historic mill redevelopment project in Saco.
I seek to simplify the often-daunting process of real estate transactions for my clients, ensuring that they are understood and represented. With my extensive experience with renovations and analysis of investment properties, I help clients understand the costs associated with their property and can help them analyze target properties from an investment perspective.
When working with me you can expect professionalism, diligence, tireless advocacy on your behalf, and, most of all, the results you are hoping for.
On my time off you can catch me trying to improve my putting on the golf course or with my partner Alice walking our dog, Wally, at Willard Beach in South Portland or up a mountain in western Maine.
